Spindle - Euonymus europaeus

Spindle is a native shrub to much of the British Isles, it grows to around 20ft (6m). A pretty deciduous plant with an abundance of brilliant red capsules that open to show vivid orange seeds, Spindle grows especially well on chalk soils. It's pretty oval leaves turn a lovely pink or red in autumn.
The current height of the plants is approximately 20-40cm and they can be planted out all year round.
